Drill an Egg

Drilledegg

Faberge is nothing compared to this. Modern artist (there are just way too many subcategories now-a-days) Franc Grom creates and sells eggs that many consider the modern version of 19th century Easter bling.

Grom uses an electric boring tool to drill anywhere from 2,500 to 3,500 holes in an eggshell, forming some of those most intricate patterns. One's hand must be so steady in order to wield a vibrating device against something so delicate. It's just amazing to see the results.
