Moog Little Phatty

Mooglp 1

I love music, can read music, even play several wind instruments well. Unfortunately I always knew music was not an area I would excel at. You see, I can't think of or write my own melodies. Oh sure I've experimented with digital sounds - even hooked up Electroplankton to my computer to record them, but there's always one thing I wanted but could never afford; a Moog.

Yes these things costs $$$. I've always wanted a synthesizer so when I saw the new Moog Little Phatty (yes, that's really its name), I got excited. Then I found out it was small enough to be portable - I swooned. Then I found out it only costs $1,475 - I came "this" close to shelling out money for it.

The little tike has a modern front digital panel with four rotary encoders, 100 programmable memories, and everything is backlit. All in all, it''s an awesome design and if it bares Bob Moog's name, I'm sure it sounds great too.

Ummm, somebody buy me one?
