Rockabye Baby Björk
No, she's not having a baby. Rockabye Baby is a new album of lullaby renditions of popular Björk songs. The Icelandic pop-star made her first album when she was just a wee 8 y.o. girl, already developing her vocal chops so it's fitting something like this comes out. You won't hear Björks voice tho, it's entirely instrumental. Here's the track listing;
- Human Behavior
- Like Someone in Love
- Come to Me
- The Modern Things
- Possibly Maybe
- Hunter
- Joga
- Unravel
- Bacherlorette
- All Is Full of Love
- Hidden Place
Plenty of love songs in there that fit the mold of a lullaby but I'm curious to hear how emotionally raw songs like Unravel, Bachelorette, and Hidden Place will translate. In any case, I'll soon find out and when I do, I'll update ya'll. (See I really am from Texas).
