Sterile Masks with Style
Asia seems to be an area of the world on the verge of a hypochondria meltdown. You can often find people wearing thin sterile masks, the same one your Dentist wears, walking about the city, as if it will protect from germs and pollutants.
Designer Samira Boon plays on that distinct cultural oddity by turning a dreary preventative into something humorous called Get Well Soon Masks. 15 masks, each designed to make you look silly and make others laugh.

...tried wearing one of those sterile masks last week when our office was covered with carbon soot from reno across the hall... it was extremely uncomfortable to wear, and the coffee breath was certainly an eye opener.
i'd like to see one with goonie google-eyed germs printed over the front.

The masks are not to protect yourself from germs, they are worn when you have a cough or runny nose to help protect others from your germs.
