Mars is experiencing global warming and one might think it's some kindred spirit thing with Earth but for once, this isn't our fault.
Mars is gradually warming because of wind storms sweeping the brightly colored dust away revealing a darker layer underneath. The darker surface absorbs more heat from the sun warming the air above which creates more wind storms. The process repeats and scientists are noticing average temperatures rising steadily.
So maybe Mars will warm up enough to melt its massive ice caps, to create oceans which create atmosphere, which create weather, which makes it habitable for us. Of course that might take about 5000 years so don't hold your breath. Oh wait it's Mars - do hold your breath.

Ya, Somehow Im not convinced its global warming. It's probably just El Nino. ;)
alot of scientists do believe that global warming is a cyclical thing and that this is just what the sun and earth go through every so many years.
That being said, scientists are also saying that we can expect some seriously troubling things from the sun over the next few years....
people have been speculating about 2012 and now experts are saying that there's really something to be concerned about around that time
thats a lie... have yu seen statistics ? this doesnt happen in a cycle .. things are really happening fast and the extinction rate and weather have NEVER been this high .. nd what makes me even more mad is that were sitting here scared but not doin a damn thing about it .. we should be out changing cars... doin something productive instead of sitting on the computer talking about it !

this could be true but it's so unlikely. os just tell us it's not our fault or it is our fault come on we want an answer and fast REALLY FAST
Global warming isn't our entire fault! It’s not cars… its factories which pay the government a lot of money to cover up the mess they’re making of the earth. But it is also the cycles with the sun and look the same thing that’s happening to earth is happening to mars! Websites like these and movies are all hushed up by the government though and people like Al Gore who don’t tell us the FULL TRUTH or this inconvenient truth.
