This is bloodly brilliant (yes I'm British today), called Liberty for a Positive Flow - one of the many design entries in the So Watt! environmental design competition. As we move into an era where environmentalism is finally on the discussion table of every industrialized country, one question often asked is how do we get the masses involved? Design studio Encore Heureux's answer is to retrofit a windmill onto the iconic Statue of Liberty. Let Lady Liberty not only represent freedom but also blaze new paths forward for a better future and provide clean energy to the city she gates.
