DeLorean, Don't Call It A Comeback
This is one product from the 80's that should definitely remain in the 80's. Come 2008, DeLorean Motor Company plans on putting the DeLorean back into production. Each handmade vehicle will still have a stainless steel body, gull wing doors, and angular edges. The car will be built to order to the tune of $57,500 each.
I'm sure it holds some nostalgia for lots of people but this car is supposed to be the future right? Well the memo I have says future vehicles will be made of composite materials, run off fuel cells, and at the very least connect to my iPod.

It won't be a DeLorean unless it made in Belfast, Northern Ireland like the original not Texas.
Be like opening an Apple product and seeing "Designed in Alabama" Just doesn't work

i'm a huge fan of Tercels, Fuegos, and Fieros... it's that sharp look, as if designed with just a 12" ruler... so altho this pup appears quite ripe for rerelease, sorry but i just can't stand the cruddy overhead doors.

That's a bad anaolgy.
It's like opening a modern Mac and it says designed in California, like the original, but made in Taiwan.
In this case, it's built here, not Ireland, and I am behind that 100%.
If there is any car being built in America, I'm for it.
