When Extreme, The Cocoon
Should you ever find yourself trapped in a harsh cold environment, you might wish you had the Cocoon - a sack like bag big enough to hold one. The Cocoon can be suspended from any strong support and is well insulated to keep you from freezing your fanny off.

I know you're not English but it always amuses me when American mention fannies - I have to laugh, no matter how childish it is...

Anyway the cocoon thing looks very sci fi cool, but I'm not sure it would be practical. It only works if you have somewhere to hang it from for starters, and I would guess it's going to be quite large if it's big & strong enough to house a person. Doesn't look too comfy either. I think I'll warm my bottom in my tent :)

I always got freaked out at the movie cocoon so the name is not really catching up wit me... But otherwise I like the idea, nothing like sleeping in fetal position hanging from a tree!
