B-52's Funplex

Funplex

It's been 16 years since the B-52's last studio album, 1992's "Good Stuff" so fans definitely waited a long ass time for Funplex, their new album. Everything about the B-52's is still there; the esoteric vibe, the campiness, and the lyrics - oh GOD the lyrics. With lines like "put me in a laurex gown." Who the f*ck wears laurex anymore? The B-52's that's who. The first single "Funplex" is about a mall. Yea, they're so American I LOVE it.

The album's great guys I promise. So go cop that, iTunes, Amazon, CD - it don't matter. Just get it. Ricky is somewhere right now smiling.
