Docomodake

Docomodake 01

This mushroom's name is DOCOMODAKE. It was born in January 2005 from an NTT DoCoMo advertisment - Japan's leading mobile carrier. The DOCOMODAKE began as a family of three. The family continued to grow to today's eight. DOCOMODAKEs continue to evolve as changes occur in communication and time. They hold infinite possibilities.

Last year an exhibit called How To Cook Docomodake challenged Japan's young artists to cook it in innovative ways. Cut up, friend, jellied, and even burnt - nothing takes away from the charm of DOCOMODAKEs.
