I have this love/hate relationship with this NYC based (by way of Canada) menswear line called Burkman Brothers, by none other than 2 brothers. They've been making rounds in all the big men's circulations so I wanted to dive in and check out what the hub-bub was about.
Their aesthetic is a blend of the iconic great north American outdoorsmen who went to college and picked up a few preppy habits. In other words, it's Abercrombie, LL Bean, J. Crew, and a little bit of the Gap. The clothes are extremely wearable and comfy so if your taste falls somewhere in the world of cotton, knits, plaids, and shirtings - you might like Burkman Brothers.
More pics after the jump.
hmmm... they must've been the creative guys behind all that Willie Nelson pho-Cabela's trucker garb The Gap produced a few years ago.
