So Popular Fall/Winter '09

I'm loving the clean unfettered lines from So Popular. It reminds me of Calvin Klein minus all the techno fabrications. There's a bit of military in some of the cuts but nothing blatant. I love the super refined detailing on the jackets. Definitely going to pick up a few items unless the designers would be so kind as to send me some. :) Hint hint!

More after the jump.

This looks too militaristic, not just "a bit". You know, this looks alot like what was common in Stalinist Russia not to mention Imperial Officers from Star Wars. I do not know what they are called, but those things on the model's shoulders are meant to hold pins and stars like the kind a general shows off.

The pants are horrid but the man is yummy.

I went to their site to order a few items but there doesn't seem to be a way to order any. Does anyone know where I can purchase items from SoPopular?

Straddling the line between fashion and fascism...

These clothes are very, very cool. I love the square shoulders and the fit of the pants. Great post!
