Drag & Draw
Those Philips people make much more exciting products in their labs than they do in the market. One of their latest inventions is the Drag & Draw installation. It's a little over my head but from what I can comprehend, it uses lasers, sensors, and digital paint to allow you to draw glowing illustrations in numerous colors.
This would be a great installation for a kid's room, hence the video.
